Q1. Would it be possible to have some samples from the pads in different sizes and liners that are most biodegradable?
A: Yes we can provide some Free Samples for you, but the courier fee is always covered by customers. We usually send about 10 pcs per size. So how many pieces do you need? We will consider and try to satisfy you.

Q2. What is the minimum order quantity for panty liners?
A: Our MOQ of panty liner is 200,000pcs per size.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by the sea. It usually takes 35-40 days to dispatch after getting deposit. Airline and train shipping also optional.

Q4. What is your payment terms and how to make it?
A: Normally we accept 40%~50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before loading container, If you have any other suggestion, please contact us.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6. What is the delivery time?
A: Our lead time for first order is 35-40 days, for repeat orders is 20-25 days, it depends on the exact order quantity and related products.

Q7. How do you control the quality?
A: As an experienced manufacturer certificated by ISO9001, We do have very strict quality control system. All the defective products will not be sent out from factory, we have our own moulds for each parts of product, we can help you to solve any problem easily whenever you need.
Q8. Can the dimensions of the pantyliner be increased to 165mm?
If your quantity can reach 500,000pcs liners per order, then we can increase the dimension to 160cm, we don’t have 165cm mould.

Q9. How many pads are in one pack?
Usually we pack as below, Daytime pads-10pcs/box, Overnight pads-8pcs/bo, Panty liner-20pcs/box., Also we can pack as per your requirement. Box size and design can be customized.
